Jake Fournier is a Senior Policy Strategy Advisor for Marathon Petroleum Company out of Findlay, Ohio. Jake is a graduate from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Jake has supported two refineries at Marathon corporate Refinery Sector Rule advocacy and implementation, and Flare Consent Decree auditing. In Marathon’s midstream organization, Jake has led a team that was responsible for multiple Consent Decree negotiation and implementations, advocacy and implementation of OOOOb and c, and supported digitization and process development for the environmental team. Jake currently supports methane policy including working with IOGP on international methane standards and co-chairs the GPA GHG Measurement and Abatement Committee.
