Dr. Jean‑Daniel Paris is an atmospheric scientist at Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l’Environnement (LSCE). His work focuses on quantifying sources and sinks of greenhouse gases, especially methane (CH₄), using measurements from aircraft, ships, and fixed sites from the industrial site scale to regions such as the Middle East, Mediterranean, and Arctic.
