Facilities Engineer Diamondback Energy

I started my career at Concho Resources in 2014, as a production engineer on the New Mexico Shelf. After 4 years I transitioned to a facilities engineering role, supporting Delaware Basin assets in Lea County, New Mexico. In 2022 started at Diamondback Energy as a Senior Facilities Engineer with a focus on supporting emission reduction projects. In 2023 I assumed the role of engineering team lead, responsible for managing all capital construction and automation/electrical engineering. In 2024, after the merger with Endeavor Energy, I assumed the role of facilities engineering manager.
