When and how should I pay for the conference?

Payment must be received at the time of registration and can be made online via the registration page or email enquire@industrialdecarbonizationnetwork.com and our Delegate Liaison Executive will assist you with the registration process.

Are the meals included?

Yes, breakfast and lunch as well as refreshments breaks in the morning and afternoon have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting and allow for some networking time! Check the agenda for times.

Can I register onto a workshop at the conference venue?

Yes, you may register onto workshops on site and our registration personnel will be happy to help you.

How many attendees will be at the conference?

This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

How can I get to the venue?

What about accommodation?

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are on the Venue & Accommodation page

What should I wear?

The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.

What if I have special needs onsite or dietary requirements?

If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.

What if I need to send someone in my place or cancel my attendance?

How are you managing Covid-19 safety onsite?

IQPC’s Coronavirus (COVID-19) Onsite Event Policy

IQPC, its officers, directors, subsidiaries, and affiliates takes seriously the health and safety of our staff and of our clients, vendors, customers and guests. We will also rely on the good judgment and professionalism of our attendees to behave responsibly throughout the event and cooperate with the policies put in place for the benefit of all of our attendees. Should you at any time have any questions or concerns regarding these protocols, please feel free to reach out to any IQPC staff member at the event.

Please note that an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 may exist in any public place where others are present. By entering this event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19.

We ask that every person at the event self-monitor for symptoms of illness before entering the event each day. If you are feeling feverish, have a persistent cough, or are otherwise experiencing potential symptoms of Covid-19, please do not enter the event. Instead, you should contact venue or IQPC staff via telephone so that we can ensure you receive testing, medical attention and whatever other assistance may be appropriate to ensure your safety and that of others around you.
