Rachel Fox is a Policy Advisor in the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Natural Gas Markets group where she covers low-carbon policy and technology, serving as a subject matter expert to promote a level playing field for clean energy generation policy. Prior to joining API, Rachel worked as an Energy Sector Specialist for the World Bank Group (WBG) where she specialized in clean energy access in emerging markets. She began her career with the U.S National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) working on the Natural Resource Damage Assessment for the Deepwater Horizon Oil spill. Rachel graduated from University College London (UCL) with a Masters degree in Sustainable Resource Economics in 2019.
