Senior Policy Advisor, Gas Asset Management Alliander

Ms. Van Eekelen has an academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Her key expertise lies in the field of defining and solving business problems from a technical and scientific point of view. She started working for Liander in 2012 and is an expert in gas distribution grids, gas quality, green gas and methane emissions from gas distribution grids. Before working at Liander she worked as a gas distribution consultant at Kiwa Gas Technology and did several project on methane emissions in gas distribution, risk based asset management, and biomethane. Since last September she became a member of the Advisory Committee of OGMP 2.0 as a representative of the gas distribution sector.
