As methane regulations become more demanding, operators are recognising the need for internal governance structures that can drive coordinated, compliant action. This workshop will spotlight an operator-led methane management and compliance taskforce—bringing together HSE, Operations, Commercial teams, and executive leadership. Through the lens of the recent Type 2 and 1 LDAR campaigns in accordance to EU Methane Emissions Regulations together with the site level and reconciliation report according to OGMP2.0, the session will explore how this taskforce enabled efficient planning, execution, and reporting, while embedding methane compliance into broader business operations.
