James France

Dr James France holds a dual position at Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) as a Senior International Methane Scientist and at Royal Holloway University as a Senior Research Fellow. He has been working in methane science research for over 12 years and specializes in methane quantification and source attribution using mobile platforms such as vehicles and aircraft. Through his role with EDF he is acting as a scientific advisor to the United Nations Environment Programme International Methane Emissions Observatory (UNEP-IMEO).
