Head of LDAR services Reganosa

Andrés Quiroga Pérez is the Operations Manager at Reganosa Servicios, based at the company’s headquarters in Mugardos. He has led and contributed to numerous international LNG projects, including consultancy, engineering, commissioning, start-up, and O&M advisory services. He is also the Technical Head of the LDAR Campaigns Division, created to ensure compliance with EU Regulation 2024/1787 across all terminals operated by the Reganosa Group, and to offer LDAR services to third-party clients. He has also participated in energy transition initiatives, such as the technical review of engineering phases for green hydrogen production terminals. Previously, Andrés served as Operations Manager in Malta, where Reganosa Servicios operates the Delimara Regasification Terminal for ElectroGas Malta. He oversaw the final construction, commissioning, and start-up phases, later managing the terminal’s operations for nearly five years. Before that, he worked at the Reganosa Mugardos LNG Terminal and high-pressure transmission grid for 3.5 years, starting as an intern and progressing to Deputy Operations Manager. Andrés holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
