Catherine is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. With a passion for sustainable initiatives and a fresh perspective, she is recognized as an emerging professional in the oil and gas industry. Currently, she is making her mark as an ESG Technician at Maverick Natural Resources.

Catherine has earned certification as a trained Lease Operator and gained valuable insights into upstream oil and gas operations. In her current role, she focuses on environmental projects and carbon accounting strategies. She has contributed to implementing software solutions that improve preventive maintenance, monitor carbon emissions, and enhance asset management systems, thereby boosting operational efficiency and sustainability.
