Agenda Day 1 - October 8, 2025

11:55 AM (5:55PM CET) Case Study: Creating a Single-Source Emissions Data Platform to Improve Field Response Time

Creating a data platform which accurately collects and collates operational and emissions data in real-time has allowed Expand Energy to spot anomalies and improve field response time to tackle leakages. This session will explore how they created a future-proofed data collection strategy that enables them to capitalize on future emissions reduction opportunities.

  • Gas certification was the catalyst for their data collection strategy. How did Expand Energy go beyond these requirements through the mass roll out of fixed sensors, flyovers and voluntary OGI inspections?
  • Operational and emissions data must be combined in a single source to spot anomalies and leakages. How did they work towards standardized and accurate data to help improve the reliability of insights?
  • How the platform enabled maintenance activities to be implemented into work flows in real time and improve field response time
